Information for customers
Remuneration for intermediation activities is negotiated individually. In the case of offers described as "Direct offers", the buyer's/tenant's remuneration is fully covered by the seller/landlord.

Price list
Mediation in the sale/purchase/exchange - 3% of the gross sales price.
Agency in rental/lease/lease - one-month gross rent/lease, payable once.
We do not provide consulting services.

Disclaimer
In accordance with the Act of August 21, 1997 on real estate management (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 115, item 741, as amended), we have compulsory civil liability insurance for damage caused in connection with the performance of agency activities.

In accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 1997, No. 133, item 883, as amended), the customer database of which our company is the administrator was reported to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO).
